We design and manufacture battery discharge testers from customer specifications.
Battery Discharge Test Module CPI800-1.0:
It is a module-based system for 24 and 48VDC battery banks. It is specially designed for offshore and maritime industry.
Green technology: it feeds discharged power back to the mains. 85% efficiency means that a minimum of 85% of the discharged power is fed back to the mains.
Heat management: rear mounted fans with back-to-front airflow. Module integrated heat sinks, gives the module the best working environment and modules may be installed closely together.
Connection: plug connection system: reducing time-to-install related cost.
Output frequency: adapts automatically to the mains frequency and can operate with frequencies up to 70Hz
The inverter is controlled by a PLC with graphical user interface.
We developed, produced and started selling these grid inverters in 2010. Our power supply systems use grid inverters that feed the discharged power back to the mains. In order to ensure that the batteries for emergency systems such as public address systems and alarm flashlights are working properly, they need to be tested. The only way to test the batteries is to discharge them whilst controlling how much power they can provide in an emergency situation.
We also manufacture a standard discharge tester: CP3025.
